What is in the Joggy community?

In the Joggy community on TYB, you’ll be able to participate in daily challenges — or as we call them, Reps — to earn coins + collectibles that grant access to special pricing, limited drops, exclusive events, gated community chats, and more.

We want our community to be part of our team from the get-go, so you’ll also find a chat forum where you can share your opinions on our products, brand + community decisions. We believe in investing in our community instead of paid marketing — let’s build together.

Will there ever be more than 500 community members?

We will definitely be growing the Joggy community — the founding collectible will be exclusive to our first 500 members. Where will my collectible be stored? What is a TYB wallet?

Your collectible will be stored in your digital wallet on tyb.xyz. Check out TYB's FAQ page for more info on your wallet + accessing your collectibles.

How do I receive my rewards?

Once you become a founding member, we’ll send you an email with all of the details about your perks and how to access them. If you have questions from there, feel free to send us an email at hello@getjoggy.com or post in our channel for further help.

How and when can I get my free product?

You’ll be able to place your first Joggy order in April, once our website is public on the world wide web. Keep an eye on your inbox — we’ll send you a one-time code for a free product close to our launch date. This code will be associated with your email address, so be sure to create your Joggy account using the same email that you used to purchase your collectible on TYB.

Can I sell my collectible?

At the moment you are unable to sell or transfer ownership of your Joggy collectibles, though we hope to enable this in the future. On that note — this purchase is not returnable or refundable.
